Shipping and handling rates are added to your total order according to the chart below. Oversized or fragile items may have an additional shipping surcharge as noted on their product page.
Items will ship via ground transport within 3 business days. For express shipping, please email or call the store at 401.277.1159 during business hours, and we will do our best to accommodate you. In the unlikely event that an item you wish to purchase is temporarily out of stock, we will email you with the expected ship date, and you will have the option to substitute another item or delete that item from your purchase. Our online store is not equipped for international shipping, but we are happy to arrange for international shipping of items purchased in person at our Providence store. Sales Tax is charged on all orders shipped to Rhode Island addresses. [The 7% State of Rhode Island tax is computed after adding shipping and handling.] We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Credit card information is obtained and processed using industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. Gift Certificates can be purchased online in the following denominations: $25, $50, $100, $250, and $500 (or in any denomination at Homestyle's Providence, RI store). They can be redeemed in either of two ways:
Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed online. Gift wrap is $3.95 per package and includes a personalized gift card. Our gift boxes are ivory with our Homestyle logo in pewter, black organdy ribbon, and a peacock feather embellishment. Items that come in a box are gift wrapped in a glossy ivory paper with the black ribbon and peacock feather. We are careful to inspect all items and to remove price tags before wrapping your gifts. A personal gift message can be included with any order at no charge, whether or not your items are being gift wrapped. To take advantage of this free offer, simply enter your message in the Gift Message box at checkout. We appreciate your business and want you to love your purchase! Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. In the unlikely event your merchandise arrives damaged, please be sure to keep the outer wrapping for carrier inspection. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for exchange or refund of purchase price (whichever your prefer) minus shipping charges.
